You can pay for your order via bank links with Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, and other banks, as well as by card. Additionally, installment payments are available through Inbank.
- Is payment on your website secure?
Yes, payment is completely secure. To ensure safety, we use Paysera, Stripe, and PayPal services, which process payments through secure channels. Our website uses SSL encryption to guarantee the security of customers' personal data.

- Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
- How long does delivery take?
Order preparation takes up to 48 hours. If you place an order for the following brands — Aquascutum, Philipp Plein, North Sails, Casio, Plein Sport, Malo Optimum, Zenobi, Husky, Ungaro, Harmont & Blaine, Bric’s, Lamarthe, Missoni (clothing), Nike (underwear), Cavalli Class (bags), Fashion Attitude, Versace Jeans, 100% Cashmere, Egon Von Furstenberg, Vans, Yodeyma, Le Telerie, La Casa di Tina, Versace, Furla, Burberry, Prada, Ferrè Milano, CK (watches), Guess Collection (watches), Just Cavalli (watches), Invicta (watches), Armata di Mare, MCS, Roberto Cavalli by Franck Muller, Esprit, Eastpak, U.S. Polo Assn., Abarth, Gucci, or O Bag — the preparation may take up to 15 business days. After dispatch, delivery within the EU typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. For express shipping, the delivery time is 2–3 business days.
- What is the delivery cost?
The standard delivery cost is €6.90. For orders over €89, delivery within the EU is free.
- How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your parcel on our website or through the chatbot, using the provided tracking number.
Section 3: Returns and Exchanges
- How can I return an item?
You can return an item within 20 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact. For damaged or misdescribed items, returns are free.
- How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return, contact us at return@estita.eu or via the chat on the website. We will send you return instructions and next steps. You can also initiate a return from your account on the website.
- When will I receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order.
- Can I exchange an item?
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it and place a new order.
- Which items are non-returnable?

If the order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our support team. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can return it within 20 days of receipt.
