Refund policy
1.1. Right to Return
Estita Fashion grants customers the right to return goods without providing a reason within 20 days of receipt. The time period begins from the moment the customer physically receives the package. This period exceeds the minimum set by law. All conditions and requirements outlined in our Return Policy apply to returns.
Returns are accepted if the item:
- has not been used,
- retains its original appearance, packaging, and all tags,
- is accompanied by a purchase receipt.
The following items are non-returnable:
- underwear,
- swimwear,
- used items,
- items damaged due to improper handling.
Customers are advised to inspect their order upon receipt. In case of defects or order discrepancies, please contact us immediately – we will assess the situation and find a solution.
1.2. Return Costs
If the return is due to defects, damages, quality issues, store errors, or inaccurate information on the website, the return costs are covered by the supplier. The customer must state the reason for the return to receive a free return label, which will be sent by email.
If the return is based on the customer's personal preferences (e.g., the product does not meet expectations or the customer changed their mind), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
1.3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer should contact our support team:

- First and last name.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
Order Details:
- Order number.
- Purchase date.
Reason for Return (optional):
- Wrong size or color.
- Damaged product.
- Product does not match description.
- Other (e.g., "changed mind/not needed").
Condition of the Product:
- Confirmation that the item has not been used and all tags and packaging are intact.
Supporting Documents:
- Photos of the item (if damaged).
After reviewing the request, Estita Fashion will forward it to the supplier. Once approved, the customer will receive a barcode with a return code via email. This code must be printed and included in the package.
Returns can also be initiated by logging into your account at https://account.estita.eu. All items must be returned to:

Customers may choose any postal service. Items must be sent in their original packaging. Ensure all old shipping labels are removed, and the return code is included inside the package. If the item is damaged, describe the damages in detail and attach photos within 20 days of receiving the order.
1.4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Estita Fashion reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
- the item is damaged,
- the original packaging (e.g., shoe box, sunglasses case, dust bag) is missing or damaged.
1.5. Product Exchange
Product exchanges are not offered. If a customer wishes to purchase another item, they must return the current order. Once the return is received, the amount will either be credited to the customer’s store credit or refunded to their bank account.
Store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used partially or fully.
1.6. Product Warranty
Products come with a two-year warranty in accordance with the terms outlined in the *Terms of service*, section 7.
