1. Delivery Terms and Methods

1.1. The actual delivery time for the most economical shipping method ranges minimum 4, maximum 23 business days from the moment the order is confirmed. This timeframe depends on several factors outlined below. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to these terms.

In most cases, delivery is made in the shortest possible time.
1.2. Delivery is carried out by the international courier service DHL.
1.3. All orders are shipped from Italy, and delivery is available only to the following 27 European Union countries.

   Order Preparation Time

2.1. Order preparation may take up to 15 days from the time payment is received, although in most cases, orders are processed faster. This is because some brands in our selection are shipped from external warehouses, so items first arrive at our warehouse before being sent to the customer.

If items are already in our stock, preparation takes no more than 48 working hours.

Please note that these preparation times do not include shipping time, which depends on the selected delivery method. With the most economical option or free shipping, delivery takes between 4–8 days.

2.2. Delivery methods and times after order preparation:

• POST: 4–8 working days
• STANDARD: 3–5 working days
• EXPRESS: 2–3 working days

   Delivery Costs

3.1. The delivery price for postal services is fixed at €6.90. The price for standard and express delivery depends on the customer's location and the weight of the package. The final price will be displayed when placing the order.

3.2. If the order amount exceeds €89, delivery is free in Estonia and the above-listed European Union countries.

3.3. The delivery cost to third countries is determined separately and is not possible under this offer.

   Order Tracking

4.1. After the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number that allows them to monitor the status of the shipment. Information about the tracking number can be obtained by entering it in the chat robot located in the bottom right corner of the website.
